Bourbon Smoked Orange Sugar is a raw sugar smoked with repurposed bourbon barrel staves blended with organic orange peel. It offers flavors of sweet caramel, rich smoky oak, and a touch of orange zest. It's great as a finishing sugar on fruits, pies, coffee, tea, and cocktails.
