Shipping policy

All orders are normally processed within 5-10 business days (Monday - Friday) in the order that we receive them. (Unless noted within the listing)

Please be aware that payment is processed at the time an order is placed, rather than upon shipment. Additionally, please note that we do not store any card information.

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled after 24 hours, as our warehouse begins processing it promptly. It's important to consider that certain items may require us to order from our vendors in order to fulfill your order and update our inventory.

We ship all items from our location in Spring City, PA with the exception of a very few that have noted "Shipping by Vendor" in the description.

We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states, as well as Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada, United Kingdom. Australia and Japan.  You should receive an email with your tracking information on the day your order is processed.  All international customers are responsible of paying for any custom charges. If refused, the price to have the order shipped back to us will be deducted from your return. We ask that before ordering you make sure you are aware of your countries’ charges as they can be expensive at times. 

Please Note - Due to cost of freight we will not ship certain oversized pieces outside of the United States

Orders are processed Monday - Friday with the exception of holidays. 

We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders unless the order is over $75.00 in which case shipping is free. (With the exception of Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada, United Kingdom. Australia and Japan in which case actual USPS shipping rates are applied.)

We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier to ship your package. Terms are subject to change without notice.

If you choose to decline a shipment and it is sent back to us as a "return to sender," note that the cost of sending and returning the package will be deducted from your final credit. Our return policy requires that customers sending back items are responsible for the shipping costs to return them to our warehouse.

Lost Package Policy

If your package is lost in transit with UPS or USPS and you do not wish to receive a replacement (when available), please note:

  • The order will still follow our standard return policy.

  • A refund cannot be issued until the shipping carrier has officially concluded their investigation and claim process.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, as this policy helps protect both our customers and our small business from carrier claim denials.

Freight Delivery


Furniture pieces and any items that ship via freight carrier (not standard mail services such as UPS or USPS) are delivered via basic curbside delivery.

This means the freight company will deliver your item on a pallet to your driveway or curb. They do not bring the item inside your home, unpack it, assemble it, or remove any packaging materials.

If you would like to request White Glove Delivery Service (inside delivery, unpacking, and debris removal), please email us at customerservice@cottonandcrete.com prior to purchase so we can provide a quote and assist with arrangements.

  • White glove service is an additional charge.

  • Pricing varies based on item size, weight, and delivery location.
