At the end of the summer, I start to look forward to the fall and all of the leaves changing, but the most magical time of the year for me is the day after Halloween when the world begins to get ready for the holidays. We start decorating very early in our home. I realize that many wait until after Thanksgiving, but there is something so special about all the twinkling lights and frosted candle rings that adds a spirit of joy to the air. I like to bring that extra joy into my home as early as I can, especially because the whole team works from our home and barn.
We've already started setting up for our holiday open house in the barn, and soon we'll be putting the trees up in the house and my heart is full of the joy and excitement of it all.
